2.How does GpTrip provide such cheap price?

Since we have more than 300 suppliers all over the world who provide different prices from different policies, we compare and provide the most competitive one to our customer.

3.As a customer, how do I use your system to find the competitive price and make an order?

First we will open accounts for your company staff once we get the contract signed. Then your staff can login on our system and search for the price using different criteria. Once the choice is made, the system will lead to the order page where the staff can provide the required information of the passengers and confirm the booking. After the confirmation, the system will inform our provider to issue the tickets and the information of the tickets will be send back as soon as they are issued. The price then will be billed to your company account.

4.Once I make an order, how soon will the ticket get issued? Or how can I get the feedback of the ticket status?

According to our system statistics, 80% of the tickets can be issued in 2 hours. And 98% will be issued in 24 hours. For LCC tickets, Customers can get their tickets in several minutes. Once the tickets are issued, the system will get the information in seconds.

5.How can I get the ticket refunded or changed?

At present you can contact our post-sale team to get the tickets refunded or changed. We shall provide the online refund and change function to make these easier and faster for you.

6.What kind of post-sale service do you provide?

At present we can refund and change the ticket. Later we will provide the service like luggage, meals purchase, seat selection and check-in. If you have any post-sale issue, please contact us by sending the email to the address the account manager give you.

7.What is the currency of the price?

RMB is the default currency GpTrip is using. The customers have to convert to their local or desired currency by themselves. However, the bill will surely be settled in RMB. We know there is some currency risk due to the exchange rate change during your client payment and the settlement.

We will soon provide a wonderful function to offer the price in your desired currency so that we can eliminate unnecessary exchange risk. If the customers agree to prepay amount of money in their desired currency within our supported currency list, we can use our SEM (Smart Exchange Management) system to offer the price using the best and usable exchange rate of RMB and this currency. Once the ticket is issued the money will be deducted from the company prepaid fund.

8.How do I settle the bill with GpTrip?

We provide 2 way to do settlement.

1 customers should settle the bill for the tickets issued during the latest agreed settlement period. In this way we only offer the price in RMB and the settlement should also be in RMB. Surely this will require the customers to handle the currency exchange and take the exchange risk.

2 if the customers agree to prepay amount of money in their desired currency within our supported currency list, we can use our SEM (Smart Exchange Management) system to offer the price using the best and usable exchange rate of RMB and this currency. Once the ticket is issued the money will be deducted from the company prepaid fund. Your staff will see the money left in our system and can do the prepayment if it is not enough. This will eliminate the exchange risk and make your settlement much easier.

9.Since I get paid in local currency, can I settle in local currency?

If you use the second way (local currency repayment) to do settlement, the answer is yes. This can help you eliminate the exchange risk and the trouble of converting the price from RMB to local currency and money exchange.
